733 Wiegand Interface Firmware Version 103 Update

Effective May 4, 2001, all 733 Wiegand Interface Modules are being shipped from the factory with version 103 (4/25/01) firmware. This version is an update from the 102 (5/14/98) firmware previously shipped and contains new features.
