Hotel accommodations and transportation to and from DMP are included in the course fee. DoubleTree provides complimentary airport transportation as well.

Social Distancing

DMP makes every effort to ensure all meetings are socially distanced. Please ensure that you maintain 6 feet from others during breaks, meals and throughout the building.

Face Coverings

You will not be required to wear a face covering while at your seat during sessions; however, there may be times you might need one during hands-on training or while you are in our building.

For this reason, you should plan on providing your own face covering that provides the comfort and protection that you desire.

Springfield Ordinance

Be aware of the Springfield city masking ordinance, as it pertains to your hotel and evening activities, etc.

Refund Policy

If you need to move your registration to a later Sales Management Academy date, you will not incur any cancellation charges. If you need to cancel less than 4 weeks from the start date, a partial refund of $595 will be refunded to your original form of payment.
