CISA Letter Templates for Essential Personnel
TMA and ESA have developed templates of documentation that your company may customize for the use of its essential personnel. Below, please find three versions of letters that you may download and customize as needed for your dealer/integrator or monitoring center personnel who are required to travel during this time:
- Sample CISA Letter for Company Employees of NRTL-listed Monitoring Centers
- Sample CISA Letter for Company Employees of Non-listed Monitoring Centers
- Sample CISA Letter for Company Employees of Installing Companies
Security services companies and monitoring centers who have initiated use of documents such as these, are also recommending that employees carry their professional state licenses where required, and an employee ID. A New York-based dealer/monitoring center has also affixed a sticker with the words "Essential Employee" to the employee's ID badge as an extra precaution.
