Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has named Dave Rogers to the position of Director of Sales, West. In his latest role at DMP, he will manage, guide, motivate, and lead DMP Dealer Development Managers (DDMs) in the Western U.S. region to ensure they meet or exceed both company objectives and customer expectations.

“Since joining DMP, Dave has provided valuable insight and leadership,” said Vice President of Sales, Mark NeSmith. “With the experience he’s gained through his previous positions here, combined with an outstanding track record and achieving gold in our “Circle of Excellence” incentive program, in-depth knowledge of our dealer network, markets, and products, Dave will be a tremendous resource to DMP Dealer Development Managers in the west. The result will be increased profitability for DMP dealers and continued success and growth for DMP.”

Dave has over 20 years of management experience and has received numerous awards for his performance. Prior to his current position, he fulfilled several roles at DMP. Most recently, he was Director of Market Development, Retail. Prior to that, he was Director of Sales Operations/National Accounts & International Sales, a position he held from 2008 to 2010. Other DMP roles include Director of Customer Care, responsible for the Customer Service, Technical Support and Field Training areas; and Director of International Sales Development and Sales Operations for DMP.
