DMP has released the following Feature Update for the XR Series Version 211.
Updated Version 211 (2/9/21) firmware is now available on Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com) or for download at DMP.com/Dealer_Direct.
Effective March 8th, 2021, all XR Series Panels are being manufactured with updated Version 211 (2/9/21) firmware.
Improvements
DNS Reset Improvement
Previously when updating to Version 211 (1/12/21), a very small subset of panels would receive an error when requesting DNS resolution. This error caused a panel reset in order to clear the DNS error. The DNS stack has been improved to prevent any panel resets from occurring.
Burglary Zone Test Enhancement
With updated Version 211 (2/9/21), all XR150/XR550 Series panels have access to the Burg test located in the System Test menu. This allows users to test their Burglary zones without having to reset the panel.
Obtaining the New Firmware
XR Series firmware updates are available, free of charge, on Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com) or DMP.com/Dealer_Direct.
