Check Out Dealer Admin’s Improved Customer Referrals Program!

Now You and Your Team Can Automatically Receive Emails for Faster Follow Up

Here’s how you can make sure you and your team never miss the chance to quickly follow up on responses from your Refer a Friend offers or Email Campaigns.

With Dealer Admin’s Refer a Friend program, satisfied customers are happy to tell their friends and families about exceptional products and services. With this update, you can select as many as six individuals in your company to be automatically notified every time a response arrives. Once you’ve added those names into Dealer Admin, each of those individuals will receive a notification email so action can be taken in a timely manner. Not having to manually navigate to Dealer Admin to receive responses can save your company time and potentially turn more referrals into new customers.

The emails generated from Refer a Friend responses include the Referral type, email address, phone number, who referred them, current customer offer as well as the new customer offer. This means you’ll have all the information you need to start the conversation. Since all of the response information is provided in the email, a Dealer Admin account isn’t required to see a referral.
