Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has promoted Jack Conard to his new role as Director of Sales, West. In this position, he will manage, guide, motivate, and lead DMP Dealer Development Managers (DDMs) in the region. Working through and with the DDMs, Jack will help enhance the capabilities of DMP authorized dealers, leading to higher levels of customer support, additional sales of DMP products, and increased dealer success.
“In his prior role at DMP, Jack stood out for his ability to effectively promote DMP technology in the important retail market,” said Vice President of Sales, Mark NeSmith. “Those same skills will serve him well in his new, expanded role as he drives sales in all markets served by DMP. His long experience in the security industry and proven track record for success give him a great foundation to build higher levels of authorized dealer performance throughout the west.”
Jack began his career in the security industry in 1992 with Rollins Protective Services. He subsequently held sales and management positions in several other security-related organizations, including serving as Director of Commercial Sales with Protection One, Inc. He joined DMP in early 2014 as the Director of Market Development, Retail Solutions, West, the position he held prior to his recent promotion.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwest Missouri State University where he majored in Industrial Technology. Jack holds an NBFAA Level I Technician certificate and an Electrical Supervisor’s License.
