Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has named Mark NeSmith as the new Vice President of Sales. In this position, Mark will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's sales strategy. He will oversee the company's national network of Regional Sales Managers, as well as Vertical Market Directors for the banking, retail, government, and other markets. The DMP sales organization supports the company's national network of exclusive, authorized dealers.
"Having worked within the security industry for over 20 years, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in both domestic and international markets to DMP," said DMP Chief Executive Officer Rick Britton. "His extensive knowledge and proven leadership abilities will enable Mark to further build our great brand and create new opportunities for growth."
Mark has held key positions with a major North American distributor of security products, and various sales leadership roles with a security products manufacturer. Most recently he was the Director of International Sales for Asia Pacific and Latin America for an international security products manufacturer.
He is widely known for his value-based sales training, which has been attended by hundreds of individuals in over 30 countries. He considers his greatest accomplishments to be the support he's provided in promoting the professional development, career advancement, and personal goal achievement of fellow security industry sales professionals.
Mark will be relocating to the company's Springfield, MO headquarters from his current home in Boca Raton, FL.
