Never Lose Your Panel Programming Again
With the introduction of Dealer Admin’s new Backups feature in Version 2.27, you and your customers now have the ability to easily restore panel programming. When a system is added to Dealer Admin, as long as Store User Codes is enabled, the panel’s supported programming is backed up automatically and once every 30 days afterward. See the TU for details on what is included in supported panel programming.
In addition, “Dealer Admin allows you to run a backup manually,” explains Duane Kugler, product manager for SecureCom Wireless Web Services. “If you ever need to initialize the panel and reprogram it, just select the most recent backup to get the panel up and running immediately.”
