Check System Status, Manage Arming, Access Control Doors and Zone Bypassing, Now From One Screen
Dealer Admin continues to expand to help you give your customers professional, concierge-level support. With this release, we’ve consolidated multiple system options onto a single Dealer Admin page.
What does this mean for you?
If your customers need your assistance to manage their systems, Dealer Admin’s new System Status page allows you to quickly check the status of and manage system arming, access control doors and zone bypassing — all from a single screen and without the requirement for Virtual Keypad services.
Previously, you’ve been able to arm and disarm systems and bypass zones from the System Information page. Now that this option is moved to the System Status page where you also can manage access control doors and zone bypassing, it’s even easier to give your customers the prompt service they expect.
