VUE Video Doorbell

Choose a video doorbell that does much more than just show who’s at the door. Make it the first line of defense with real-time video streaming, advanced AI motion detection, seamless integration with Dealer Admin, Virtual Keypad and video verification that works directly with monitoring station software.

Pair with an XV Gateway with AlarmVision and an XR Series or XT75 control panel for a sophisticated monitoring solution with advanced analytics like loitering, line cross and more.

True video verification integration allows operators to view video footage during an alarm. That means faster, more informed responses than DIY doorbells and greater peace of mind for your customers.

For residential and commercial applications, it represents the next generation of unified intrusion and video solutions — easy for dealers to install and enjoyable for users to experience.

  1. Log in to Dealer Admin (dealer.securecomwireless.com).
  2. Go to Customers and select the System Name the doorbell is associated with.
  3. At Video, go to Video Doorbells and select the doorbell that you want to update.
  4. At the top of the doorbell settings page, a banner displays notifying you that a firmware update is available. Select Update Device to update the doorbell firmware.
