You may have noticed, we have a whole new website that we have reviewed the last few weeks over at On June 1, the old website will be retired and replaced by the new site. All the documents, support and resources that you have come to know and love still exist, but hopefully in an easier-to-find and now fully mobile-friendly way. You can still see the average Tech Support hold time at the bottom of each page along with a new and more powerful search function.

The site where you place orders is not changing, which means you won't need to update any of your login or password information.

When you go to the website for the first time, you will be greeted with a quick tour of the most popular features. Take a little time and explore the new site.
