DMP is excited to announce that we have upgraded our RMA process to a completely web-based Customer Return Center. The online Customer Return Center is a new way to obtain a vital service. DMP strives to continually innovate its services. While the previous Return Merchandise Authorization process definitely had its place and time, a triple carbon-copy paper repair tag is just not innovative anymore.
DMP is moving away from the paper repair tag system it currently uses and has introduced an online web-based interface, where you can accurately, easily and swiftly submit your DMP product for update or repair. This new system will identify if the product is under warranty or not, alert you to the potential for any fees, and give you the power to see where your product is in process and what has been done, any time day or night.
You will find the new CRC as part of the menu of services available when logged into Dealer Direct. Here you will find text instructions, instructional videos, and a link into the actual CRC interface.
