Having an easy way to track your invoices is all part of efficiently managing your accounts payable. With Dealer Admin’s 2.21 release, you’ll now be able to download SecureCom invoices directly from Dealer Admin.
To access these invoices, users must have Admin or Accountant authority. (You’ll need to create an Accountant role for the person paying your invoices, if that’s someone other than your Admin user.)
To open the new Billing page, select the new Billing option in the main menu. Each listed invoice will include the invoice date, number, and options to download either a PDF or CSV file.
