What is VK? VK.SecureComWireless.com is a cloud-based administrative portal that allows SecureCom Wireless Dealers to administer their customer’s DMP Panels and login rights. A SecureCom Wireless account is necessary for Dealers that want to offer their customers end-user remote management tools such as the DMP Virtual Keypad App™, MyVirtualKeypad.com™ and MyAccess™ SMS messaging.
The VK administration site currently allows Dealers to:
- Add customers
- Systems
- Users
- Z-wave devices
- Cameras
As of tomorrow, March 12, 2015, VK Administrators will experience a more powerful VK Admin Site with a new look and feel that gives dealers powerful panel management tools with enhanced features and filtering options allowing for seamless computer, tablet and Smartphone operations.
The new site offers:
- New navigation bar on the right side of the screen
- Ability to:
- Activate & Manage Cellular devices (SIMs) from the system information screen
- Program CellComSL alarm communicators from the programming tab
- Numerous filter and search options
- Export customer lists to CSV or PDF files
