Frequently Asked Questions

The training will be provided via webinar by a DMP regional training manager and will use the trainer’s system, not the end user’s system.

The regional training manager will have pre-calls with the dealer and the end user, including gathering information about the specific installation (if there is one), so the 1-hour session can be customized to fit the end user. The end user will also receive a liability waiver to sign prior to the training.

Attendees can include as many employees of the end user as the end user wants and is practical for a Zoom call. The training can also include the DMP dealer if they prefer. Hosting multiple dealers/end users on the same webinar is not included.

Virtual Keypad training is available to dealers free-of-charge. This Virtual Keypad end user class can be provided free of charge to dealers only, so the dealer will be familiar with what training their customer would receive.
