Our instructor-led classes are designed to provide installation technicians, service technicians, and system programmers the opportunity to learn with hands-on training from a DMP Regional Training Manager.

Audience

Installation Technicians, Service Technicians, and Programmers

Purpose

Provide attendees with an overview and introduction to DMP’s panel; introduce the equipment, demonstrate the proper installation and programming methods.

Hours

This course consists of a total of eight hours of interactive classroom training, combining traditional classroom style teaching with hands-on training.

Training times are estimated. Actual presentation and hands-on training times depends on needs of technicians attending classes.

After completing this course, attendees will be able to

  • Understand the basic features of the panel
  • Understand the proper way to install a DMP panel
  • Understand the correct way to program a DMP panel to fit the job requirements

Provide attendees with a deeper look into the XR Series panels. This
course allows for additional time spent on real life site specifications.

Hours

This course consists of a total of 16 hours of interactive classroom training, combining traditional classroom style teaching with hands-on training.

Training times are estimated. Actual presentation and hands-on training times depends on needs of technicians attending classes.

Objectives

After completing this course, attendees will:

  • Have advanced knowledge of an XR Series panel
  • Be able to troubleshoot most issues
  • Understand the correct way to program a DMP panel to fit the job requirements

  • Understand the proper way to install DMP’s 1100 Series Wireless
