Access Made Easy for Businesses With Multiple Panels

With the new Admin Profiles feature that’s introduced with Version 2.29.4, now allows administrators to manage profiles and users across multiple systems without having to go into each panel individually. Assigning Admin Profiles to a user automatically sends that user to all the systems that belong to that Admin Profile.

What Does This Mean for You and Your Customer?
This new feature makes user management easier than ever. Whether your customers are managing profiles for two, 20 or even thousands of panels, it’s easy to give users access from the website’s newly designed and improved Users page. This is a powerful online tool that every company with multiple facilities and systems will appreciate and enjoy. As long as their App User account has Profiles selected for the applicable systems in Dealer Admin, they’ll be able to access, edit and delete Admin Profiles.

As you know, grouping systems together by state, county, physical location or any grouping method you determine adds efficiency in managing multiple systems. With this release, you can easily add groups of panels to Admin Profiles with System Groups.
